Tuesday 26 September 2017 – 18:15 – 20:15
This workshop offers the opportunity to explore and expand a range of approaches which allow you to use more of your brain…….and more of your clients’ brains too!
- Focus on your coaching presence
- Develop creative, client centred approaches
- Align with your clients
- Expand your repertoire
- Use more of your brain!
We’ll look at how our coachees show us their processing and how we can support them to explore more fully and in different ways by using a range of creative approaches. We’ll experiment with how sketching, mapping and movement can help us and our clients process issues and ideas, come to new perspectives and integrate diverse learning styles.
And the great news is that no skill in drawing, designing or dancing is required!
During the session you’ll have opportunities to
- be an active observer using creative techniques,
- experiment with diagrams and doodles as observer, coach and a coachee,
- join in a demo and lots of Q and A.

Leadership Development in Practice
NHS London Leadership Academy – Leadership Summit
Tuesday 22 March 2016 – Double Tree Hilton, Tower of London Hotel EC3N 4AF 08:00 – 17:00
Strand 3 11:30 – 12:30 Creativity in Coaching: Art in Action
Jenny will be facilitating this workshop about freeing up creativity in our coaching, shifting thinking and opening up new possibilities. Taking a puzzle, query or thought out of our heads as a diagram or model, liberates brain space to process and think more creatively. We will cover what neuroscience and our experience tell us about uncluttering the brain and how drawing helps coach and client to sit alongside, exploring an issue together to gain new perspectives. You will have an opportunity to experiment with this approach to supporting clients’ learning.
