Coaching Mastery Workshops – NEW OFFER

A wonderful opportunity for experienced coaches to give and hear coaching live and explore what works. During the series, you will coach, be coached and observe others coaching. You’ll see different approaches and new techniques. When we are privileged to hear others coach, we are opened to a range of perspectives, encouraged to step out of our usual patterns and respond with more immediacy and boldness. And when we accept thoughtful feedback on our work, we learn anew what our strengths are and how we can add to our impact. These workshops allow us to engage with the process of unpacking our work to build it back better and invite us to pool our learning for the benefit of our clients. By demand these popular workshops run several times per year. Spring and Autumn 2023 are now full and an additional series will start in April/May 2023. Here’s what coaches say about the opportunity:

“Jenny creates an environment where the seasoned coaches she brings together can shine and step into their mastery. She does this with insight, kindness and wisdom, never dominating the space and allowing the magic to emerge.”

Helen Roberts, B.Comm, M Adult Ed, PPC

‘A real privilege to work with Jenny and a group of experienced coaches exploring a wide range of coaching issues and competencies. Of particular value is to observe each other coach, and unpack this together: a rare opportunity to see a wide range of styles and approaches and what each of those brings. Jenny, as usual, has facilitated with skill, wisdom, expertise and fun. Would highly recommend.’

Kate Jennings, Leadership Coach, 3D Professional Development.

Coaching Supervision by an International Coach Federation Master Credentialed Coach (MCC)

Coach supervision is vital to the development of each coach individually and of the coaching profession. It is also often required by organisations booking coaches to work with their people.

Jenny Bird is an exceptionally skilled, hugely experienced coach supervisor, working over many years with coaches at all stages of their professional development both internal to organisations and external. Her supervision is based on a deep understanding of how we work with each other and wide ranging experience of coaching as a profession and its place in individual and organisational change and development.

Jenny’s supervision provides a safe space for coaches to:
• give attention to their own needs; be nurtured and supported as professionals
• reflect on their work, identifying patterns and development areas
• gain new awareness, insights and ideas and experiment with their application
Supervisees describe Jenny as a sensitive, creative, perceptive, reassuring and motivating supervisor with a wealth of relevant experience of the profession and its applications.
She delights in working with coaches who intend to be their very best, who embrace personal and professional development and who uphold the most rigorous professional standards in coaching.
Coaches work with her to develop their professional skills, explore their challenges, enhance their creativity and understand more about their strengths. Jenny is delighted to discuss supervision with coaches and to help you find the best mix for you.
